I've stayed with Red Planet numerous times before, love the rates, the cleanliness and basicity when all you need is a good nights rest. Booking site is very efficient too, but a guest can only chat after booking. But i want them to know that before booking, sometimes a guest wants to get more information like parking, accessibility, or any general information around a hotel's area. An overseas guest can not simply pick up a phone. I suggest to enable chat service for non-booked guests.

No more (big) discounts when booking in-app, unlike when they were still new back in 2016 or so. Actually a bit cheaper to book in their site (or even cheaper at Agoda, etc). In-stay mode/phone non-working. This app seems to have lost purpose.
